06:00 AM – Depart from Chiang Mai and travel north toward Chiang Rai. Enjoy the scenic countryside along the way.
Our first stop is at Chiang Rai Hot Spring, where you can stretch your legs, relax, and enjoy a cup of morning coffee before continuing the journey.
Next, visit the world-famous Wat Rong Khun (White Temple), Chiang Rai’s most iconic landmark. Admire its unique contemporary architecture, intricate details, and symbolic Buddhist artwork.
Continue to a traditional Longneck Karen Hill Tribe Village, where you can learn about the local culture, customs, and way of life of one of Northern Thailand’s most fascinating ethnic communities.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, head further north to the legendary Golden Triangle, where the borders of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet. Once known for its opium trade history, the area now offers breathtaking views over the mighty Mekong River and surrounding mountains.
Enjoy a relaxing Mekong River Boat Cruise, providing a unique perspective of the three countries and an unforgettable experience on one of Southeast Asia’s most important rivers.
After the tour, begin the journey back to Chiang Mai, arriving in the evening.
