Itinerary
05:00 AM – Pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai and travel up the mountain to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, Chiang Mai’s most sacred and iconic temple.
Arrive in time to witness the beautiful sunrise over Chiang Mai Valley. During the cool season (November–March), the views are often spectacular, while during the rainy season (April–October) visibility may vary depending on weather conditions.
Participate in a meaningful morning alms-giving ceremony, an important Buddhist tradition in Thailand. After offering food to the monks, receive blessings and learn about local Buddhist culture and customs.
Continue downhill to visit Wat Pha Lat, a hidden forest temple surrounded by lush greenery and known for its peaceful atmosphere.
Visit Wat Umong, an ancient forest temple renowned for its unique meditation tunnels and tranquil surroundings.
